Kiosk Description:

The Network Advertising Totem Digital Signage Display boasts a full HD screen with a service life of over 60,000 hours. Its sturdy aluminum and stainless steel frame provide excellent rigidity and a sleek, high-tech look. The device can automatically play videos from a USB drive and can be equipped with universal wheels. It supports various image and video formats and can split the screen into 2 or 3 parts to display multiple pieces of information or advertisements simultaneously. The screen has high uniformity and luminous consistency, and the machine offers multiple language options. Its auto loop playback function is ideal for use in conference venues, company halls, banks, and other display areas.

Q: Whats the working voltage of this machine?
R: Its AC110V~240V.
Q: Do you provide CMS for sample?
R: For Android machine, we provide CMS for sample.
Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer of kiosk?
A: We are kiosk case manufacturer&factory and have our own kiosk assemble workshop. Our factory located at Songgang, Shenzhen.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is about 7 working days after deposit for sample.
Q: Do you provide free samples?
A: Because our MOQ is one piece, and most of our kiosk are customized design, free sample is not available.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T, Paypal, West-Union and Trade Assurance are welcome. Usually 50% of the total payment as deposit, rest to be balance before delivery.
Q: How long is your warranty period?
A: Normally the warranty period is one year dated from delivery, during this period, if there is any part cant work, we will help you to fix it, or delivery you replacement for free.

Test process:
Before we send the kiosk to you, in order to make sure the kiosk run well after you get it, we will test at least 24 hours for each kiosk.

There are 5 layers total for kiosk, the first one is antistatic film, the 2nd is foam, the 3rd is carton box, and last one is wooden case for exporting.
